Apollo 15

26.130° 3.630° · Hadley-Apennine

First Lunar Roving Vehicle. Found the 'Genesis Rock'.

Trajectory

Hybrid free-return trajectory and the first 'J-mission': extended three-day surface stay with the Lunar Roving Vehicle and a heavier science payload. Apollo 15 also performed the first crewed plane-change maneuver in lunar orbit, repositioning the CSM Endeavour to overfly different surface tracks for orbital science.
